The CRMconnect changelog lists every platform release with its publication date and the changes grouped by type: new modules, new features, improvements and fixes. The latest release is v2.2.5, published on 23 October 2026, with 133 changes. The page covers 11 releases, back to v2.1.38, plus the roadmap of what is in progress and planned next.
Updated:
A new contracts module with a list and filters, a form, statuses, addenda that actually modify the contract, versioning and a full change history, with dedicated permissions.
Three new reports (deliveries, sales orders, quoting) with filters and an XLSX export identical to the screen. Reports from retail partners can be uploaded, verified and exported as a complete analysis.
Promissory notes received from customers are recorded with a full lifecycle (submission to the bank, collection, refusal, endorsement, cancellation), partial allocation across several invoices and payments generated on collection. Includes an aging report, alerts, a dashboard widget, export and dedicated permissions.
The Purchase module gains purchase files with margin and approval, stock-based planning, supplier scoring on requests for quotation and a glossary of terms, with a dashboard and dedicated permissions.
The classic menu is grouped into clear sections (Sales, Finance, Operations, Team, Marketing, Reports, AI), with fewer top-level entries. Quick menu search works without diacritics, and favorite pages are saved per user and follow you on any device.
Document scanning now also works on purchase invoices, with supplier lookup by CIF and matching of lines to CRM products. Excel, XLS and CSV files can be uploaded, you can add extra instructions for the AI and re-run the reading, and the modal is fully translated, with a complete table of items, totals and a check of the credentials in settings.
The flow builder has three panels (blocks, diagram with zoom and minimap, properties), a plain-language summary and autosave. Conditions accept multiple AND/OR rules and new operators, and the Run button simulates the flow on real data and shows an execution log. Flows can now also start on purchase files and customer contracts.
The goods receipt quick view shows tabs of differences against the supplier invoice, the purchase order and the scanned products, plus a traceability tab from requisition to payments and delivery notes. Linked documents can be assigned or unlinked directly from the tab, and the receipts list gains a dashboard.
Delivery notes and invoices can be sent to SoftOne individually or in bulk, after a check that shows what is missing in the mapping. Documents keep the delivery note-invoice traceability, the order number, and the delivery note date and number, and after sending the amounts are retrieved automatically from SoftOne.
The B2B portal can be switched between the Classic design and the new Partner Hub, with an improved catalog, a configurable highlights strip and a refreshed layout. A dedicated list shows customers' portal accounts, with quick creation, login as user and sending the password link.
The sales order preview has new tabs that compare quantities and prices across the entire document chain, with quick filters and the ability to link or unlink documents directly from the tab. Delivery notes in turn have difference tabs against the OMS order and the sales order, including unit price comparison.
New aging reports with overdue intervals, KPI cards, charts, filters, expansion by customer or supplier and Excel export. Each report also has a widget for the home page.
A new report in Advanced reports that compares revenue with collections by month, payment method and customer, with 7 charts, comparison with the previous year and XLSX export.
The planner has a requirements report with undelivered orders and stock relative to the supplier's delivery days, the explanation of the calculation for coverage days and the list of orders that make up the demand. The consumption window, the source and the order statuses taken into account are configurable, and loading is much faster.
Physical inventory supports product scanning with confirmation sounds, assignment of unknown codes, search by supplier code, label printing and optional quantity entry. The page has a reorganized design and optional columns (lot, customs code, expiry).
Custom fields can become filters in the lists of customers, invoices, orders, quotes, products and many more, with the filter type matching the field (selection, range, text). The custom fields page shows translated labels.
Orders no longer go to the ERP with products not sold in the line's branch, and the operator can replace the product. Each line can have its own branch and warehouse (one document is created per warehouse), and the line discount is sent as a separate line. When saving quotes, prices that differ from the ERP ask for confirmation instead of being overwritten.
Purchase requests can be approved line by line, with a new "Partially approved" status and a supplier price. Purchase invoices allow importing lines from CSV/XLSX with column mapping and preview, and the request shows the U.M. column.
Before approval, the goods on the delivery note can be verified by scanning, with a per-line report, XLSX export, a printable version and a scan status in the list. Blocking approval until verification is optional, and deviations (surplus, extra products) are flagged, not rejected.
Updating existing products now has its own flow, separate from the product import: the mapped columns are exactly the fields that get updated, and unmatched products are skipped, not created. A file with only a code and a price is enough.
The order aggregator accepts XLSX/CSV files with free column mapping, product matching by any code, export of the current grid and export by customer. When a customer is chosen, their sets appear, and work points are sorted by code.
AI images and SEO texts can be generated for batches of products, with background processing. Nothing is applied to a product until it is approved, per product or for the whole batch.
The SAGA import allows loading items, stock (as a physical inventory) and issued invoices, in two steps with a preview. Delivery notes are separate from invoices, and dates and prices altered by the export are corrected or left to the operator's choice.
A consolidated order by products and work points is automatically turned into one sales order for each work point, with import from Excel, a progress bar and XLSX export of the batch. The feature is disabled by default and is enabled from the Finance settings.
For each document type in the ERP, the destination in the CRM is chosen separately (issued invoices, incoming invoices, goods receipts, delivery notes), and the import follows the selection exactly. Lines are fetched in bulk, with warehouse and green stamp, delivery notes are linked to invoices, and the start date is set separately for each import type.
Card payments can now be pre-authorized and collected later, with refund and cancellation directly from the invoice. The payment link sent to the customer does not expire, and the transaction history is available on the invoice page.
Receipts, consumption vouchers, delivery notes, internal transfers and adjustments allow importing lines from an XLSX or CSV file, with automatic column recognition and an editable preview before adding.
Delivery notes automatically fill in the lot and expiry date from stock, the fields can be corrected manually, and when converting to an invoice the information appears in the line description. The feature is enabled from Inventory Settings.
Tasks can have subtasks, with a progress indicator, expansion in the list and on the board, and optionally blocking completion of the parent until the subtasks are closed. The settings also include an alternative design for the task window.
The order page now shows which customer and products are missing in Merlin, with a clear status (Ready to send, Products need to be created, etc.). Missing items are resolved directly from there, by creating or mapping, with explicit confirmation when an existing link is moved.
From a quote you can reserve stock for a limited period, without moving the physical stock. The person in charge receives notifications before expiry, the reservation is released automatically, and the delivery note consumes the reservation on approval.
eTransport documents have an activity log, tasks, comments and attached files, plus a quick preview from the list and a reorganized form. Access to the module is now configured explicitly per role, through dedicated permissions.
An eTransport document can be created from a delivery note, goods receipt or internal transfer, and the list shows the source document with dedicated filters. In the source lists, an indicator shows the documents that already have a UIT code.
The inventory sheet allows manual entry and Excel import for lot, NC code and expiry date. Column detection on import is smarter, and old files import as before.
A product can be defined as a bundle of components and appears on documents as a single line. On the delivery note generated from an invoice, stock is deducted by component, and the bundle ships whole or not at all.
The order PDF now has the same professional look as the quote PDF, with the same data as the order panel. The side panel gains tabs for internal notes and attached files, as on quotes, and the panel shows the full order details.
You can save frequently used filter combinations as named templates, switch between them quickly and delete them. Templates are personal, per page, and remain available when you change browsers.
The OLAP sales report offers KPI cards, a last-12-months dashboard, filters by customer/supplier type and status, expansion by customer and document, totals with the number of orders, and quantities with the unit of measure.
The stock report shows a category › group › item tree, the Available column, coverage in days with the most critical items first, explanations for each filter and a column configurator. Margin and markup are now displayed correctly.
The platform monitors the validity of the eFactura electronic signature and sends an in-app and email alert before it expires, with a configurable threshold.
The search field in the settings menu finds both pages and each individual setting, ignoring diacritics. On click, the page opens directly at the searched setting and highlights it.
Quotes that exceed a configurable threshold require approval from the agent's manager, with email notifications and a reason for rejection. Optionally, internal line-level approval can also be enabled, with the same flow as for the purchase file.
With the ERP integration active, the quote form has a button that saves the quote, creates the OMS order from it and marks it as accepted. The order conversion modal now respects the permissions on price, discount and unit of measure.
You can mark a customer as in dispute directly from the customer aging report, and their invoices disappear from KPIs, charts, exports and the dashboard widget. A dedicated filter and an info banner show what was excluded at any time.
From the customer aging report you can add a collection, and from the supplier one a payment or mark the invoice as paid, without leaving the report. Both reports can now also be exported as PDF, in a print-ready A4 layout.
When an invoice is issued to a customer who still has unpaid overdue invoices, the relevant users receive a notification with the number and amount of the overdue items. In the aging report, the customer gets a dedicated badge for invoicing over overdue balances.
A dedicated page shows suppliers' portal accounts, with activation and deactivation and the option for the administrator to log in as a supplier. Requests for quotation created from the file now reach the supplier portal correctly.
The delivery note shows on the page a panel with the lines without enough stock, with a direct jump to the line, and a button to refresh the initial stock. With lot traceability active, stock per lot appears, and lot assignment is recorded on approval.
Goods receipts and supplier invoices can be sent to SoftOne from the lists, with a status column, a filter and a bulk action. A preview modal validates the supplier and each product before sending.
The SAGA API page allows retrieving stock, balances and the trial balance, as well as sending export files directly to SAGA, with an activity log and an error report.
A menu in the header gives direct access to the creation forms for customer, invoice, proforma invoice, quote, sales order and OMS order, depending on the user's permissions.
The new difference tab between the Sales Order and the OMS order allows manually linking documents of the same customer, with immediate recalculation of the differences. The tab is available from both documents, and differences are compared by product, quantity and price.
Each supplier can have a general delivery term, used as the default in planning, in the recommended order date and in the evaluation of requests for quotation. The term set per item remains the priority.
The Work point column and filter are available on invoices, quotes, sales orders and Omnisales orders, and can be enabled from settings. Invoices can have the work point chosen manually or carried over on conversion, and the column appears right after the customer, including in the export.
Optional feature: Intrastat codes can be associated with products, with search in the nomenclature, a column and filter in lists, an administration screen and import from the ERP. It can be enabled from Settings, under Sales.
A new report in Advanced reports lists the documents attached to customer records, in a detailed view or collapsed by customer, with filters, Excel and PDF export and bulk download as a ZIP archive. Access respects the user's viewing permissions.
From the product page you can view and edit, in a single window, the prices from all price lists, add the product to a list or remove it from one, with a single save.
Each quote has a toggle for a short description, which truncates the product description in the PDF, the customer portal and the preview, independently of image display.
Imported invoices take over the collections recorded in the ERP as payments, display the promissory note values and the unpaid amount in the note and in dedicated fields, and can optionally generate promissory notes. Sales reports also show the price list on each line.
Product search finds results even after a typing mistake (optional), and a category filter can appear next to the product select. Both features are disabled by default and are enabled from Sales Settings.
A new sync step brings the selected Merlin documents directly as invoices, keeping the series and number from the ERP. Re-running updates the invoices without duplicating them and without deleting manually added lines.
Through a new setting, the quote's product table shows the original price, the discount and the final price, in the PDF, on the customer page and in the preview. Prices stay hidden when the quote is configured not to show them.
A new checkbox in the quote form saves the negotiated final prices to the customer's custom price list, creating the list if it does not exist. The price approval flow cannot be bypassed.
The ANAF response, confirmation or reason for rejection, appears directly on the invoice and credit note page, with automatic synchronization and refresh on demand. Settings also show a re-authentication warning with the date on which transmission stops.
Bucharest addresses are checked before the invoice is generated, and the sector is deduced automatically or requested in a correction step. This avoids SPV rejections after the series number has been consumed.
The button removes lines without stock from the delivery note and reduces the quantity to what is available, after a confirmation that lists all the changes. Nothing is saved until you press Save.
Administrators can see products imported twice, with their mapping status and usage on documents. Unmapped duplicates can be deactivated or deleted, after a preview.
Administrators can add or edit custom fields from a button in the table toolbar, without leaving the page. A new field type allows a date with an optional time, picked with a click.
The lists of orders, quotes, invoices, payments, proforma invoices, projects, and warehouse and purchase documents have a quick period filter (today, current month, previous quarter, etc.), combinable with the other filters.
Next to the postal code fields in address forms, a button appears that looks up the code based on the locality and street, with confirmation before replacing.
From the bar of any table you can define rules that color cells by numeric range or text (for example, out-of-stock in red). Rules are personal and stay active when columns are reordered.
Each user can choose their own formula for calculating margin or markup and can define color ranges on numeric columns, in both OLAP reports. Settings are kept between sessions.
The export to SAGA now also allows sending approved goods receipts, including the warehouse on each line, so that the stock movement is recorded as well.
Quotes, orders, invoices, proforma invoices and credit notes use the same rounding rule, in the form and on the server, so the subtotal, VAT and total are identical across the whole document chain. The credit note is the exact mirror of the invoice and keeps the document's price and decimals.
A delivery note's invoicing status is now calculated product by product, including for invoices made across several delivery notes, and delivery notes can be partially re-invoiced. The Delivered vs invoiced report and collapsible dashboards are available in the delivery notes list and on the other Warehouse pages.
A price list can now be in a different currency than the products (e.g. a list in EUR), and quotes apply the list only to documents in that currency. Synchronization with Merlin automatically picks up the lists' currency.
The purchase planner now starts filtered by default on items below the minimum, and the load time drops from about two minutes to a few seconds. A progress message is also shown while loading.
The planner includes demand from Omnisales orders without stock, allows pooling stock across all warehouses, and creates orders to suppliers directly from the selected rows. Each line also has a create-task button, with the item details in the description.
SoftOne invoices import the discount correctly, including the header discount, and customer collections, supplier payments and settlements are imported into a dedicated section, with mapping to accounts. Transfers between warehouses also appear as Internal transfers, without a double stock movement.
Merlin quotes round quantities to whole boxes in any unit of measure. The import of documents and invoices accepts a manually chosen period, and the OMS order's sales agent is resolved correctly even with two active ERPs, with a configurable default agent.
The delay for automatic sending is counted in business days, and invoices missed by a cron are recovered, in small batches. In purchases, the subtotal of invoices with several VAT rates is correct, and ANAF errors are displayed clearly on re-import.
A customer over the credit limit can still receive quotes, orders and invoices, but the goods do not leave until payment or until delivery is authorized by a person with a dedicated permission, per delivery note and with a mandatory reason. Messages now also show the amount that must be collected to unblock.
The validity report offers eight expiry thresholds, cards with totals, a monthly chart, category filters and PDF/Excel export with a new design, and automatic alerts no longer repeat daily. The stock turnover and warranty reports received the same design and no longer fail on large volumes.
SPV purchase invoices show the supplier's item code, and a new button remaps products directly from the invoice. An audit page repairs wrong links in the history, and invoices can be re-imported and verified against the raw SPV data.
The order details page is reorganized into cards, the delivery address can be viewed on a map, and addresses can be edited directly on the order, including from the manual editor. Locality autocomplete works correctly, and the actions from the orders list also appear in the quick preview.
The orders list shows the Quote and Invoices columns, and a Traceability tab in the order panel shows the chain order, delivery note, invoice, collection. The "Generate invoice" button no longer reappears after a refresh, and wrong links to invoices can be reassigned.
Each API key can receive separate read, create, update and delete rights, with per-endpoint exceptions. Endpoints for price lists have been added, and Omni Sales orders are returned together with their linked reference data and are listed faster.
The Omnisales, Warehouse and Purchase settings are split into separate pages, with a description and grouping by area, and the settings menu has new groups (Customers, Integrations, Artificial intelligence). Menu names, titles and breadcrumbs are unified, and the Product nomenclature brings all nomenclatures together in one place.
SPV submissions, status checks, received messages and downloads now appear in the invoice's Activity tab. In addition, the sector validation for Bucharest addresses can be disabled from settings.
Requests for quotation allow line-level approval, have a quick view in the list, full document traceability and attachments as on quotes. Customer contracts and the Procurement planner have the standard design, and the Purchase pages receive panels with KPIs and charts.
When importing lines from Excel, merged cells are read correctly, the description can come from several columns, and the default unit of measure is chosen at mapping. The supplier items import has a column mapping step, and the product code can be displayed on supplier invoice lines.
From the product detail page you can open the edit form directly, and the form has a new Suppliers tab with the purchase code and price. The product detail shows the category and fields as text, all price lists and the purchase price per warehouse.
Merlin now also brings delivery notes, and the payments of imported invoices follow the ERP values exactly, including negative ones. The imported invoice keeps the document type, no longer inherits foreign lines, and customers are no longer duplicated on import.
The Merlin order modal shows the customer, cost and margin on each line, and OLAP Stock shows the warehouse price and the distribution price with the margin calculated on them. The grand total now also follows the search in the filter panel.
The payment term in days is taken over on customers, and the invoicing information from the ERP is displayed as a warning when selecting the customer on a quote and before sending the order. On mobile, the page no longer stays blocked after exporting an order.
Deleting a customer is done without reloading the page. If there are linked documents, you see their list grouped by type, with direct links, and you can retry the deletion from the same dialog.
The report has a new customer filter, applied to the table, the summary and the exports, and the Excel export runs fast even on large volumes. The report settings are now global and managed by the administrator.
Invoices can be generated from a delivery note with the NC code added to the product name, including in the multiple conversion from the delivery notes list.
Editing and deleting receipts and delivery notes now have dedicated permissions, and existing permissions are copied automatically on upgrade, so that nobody loses access. Revert actions on receipts and delivery notes are now permission-checked.
The invoice list shows the "Due date" column correctly, "Balance due" is zero for paid invoices, a new filter compares the invoice value with payments, and a payment can be edited. Approval stamps are displayed correctly on documents.
The sending page allows choosing customers and opportunities, a styled editor, dynamic fields, template creation from the page, a send history, custom addresses and a test email.
Merlin categories can be mapped to suppliers, and their products are linked automatically in the supplier items list. Products imported from feeds also reach the supplier's list, with the corresponding purchase price.
The product page shows all the photos, including those with a missing file, which can now be deleted. Photos are uploaded directly from the page and viewed in a lightbox.
Each export feed can use a price list, with configurable behavior for products missing from it: catalog price, empty field or exclusion from the feed.
A zero price sent by the ERP no longer ends up in the price list, and the import reuses existing lists instead of creating duplicates. The price list prefixes page now loads quickly, even on large data volumes.
New quotes use the default VAT rate from settings, without the option to change it per line, and existing quotes keep their issued rates.
Non-administrator users see in forms and filters only the document types assigned to their role and the warehouses they have access to.
When a customer is chosen on a quote, the "Assigned" field automatically receives the customer's first Account Manager, without overwriting an existing choice when editing.
The logo has the same size on all PDF documents, and the product images on the quote have their own height setting. The reference in the sales order PDF appears below the delivery address, in a more compact block.
eMAG orders with an invoice have a button to send or resend the invoice. The document is verified before transmission, eliminating errors when the marketplace retrieves the invoice.
Shortcuts are off by default and are enabled per user. No shortcut leaves a page with unsaved changes without confirmation, and none fires while typing.
The header text and font sizes can be configured from Settings, the Supplier/To block is larger, and the company name is no longer duplicated in the To block.
The employee filter now refreshes the table and the summary. The summary has a column configurator, and the source of the Proposed objective and Outcome of discussions columns is chosen in Report settings.
The stock report allows selecting several warehouses and the stock status, and the Excel export includes subtotals per warehouse and a grand total. The report loads faster.
Schedules or days added after the weekly run now generate tasks on the next daily run, without waiting for the following week.
The total of an order created from a quote matches that of the quote, and the line's unit of measure is kept on conversion and on re-save. An order created from a quote keeps its document type, and the quick panel shows the unit in its own column.
The Receivable invoices indicator and the Balances per customer report now include credit note invoices, so the amounts match the customer's account statement, including for negative balances.
Access to the settings pages and to attachment uploads in Purchase benefits from additional checks, and authentication in the supplier portal has been hardened.
The product-discount pair stays correctly linked on reordering, deletion and saving, and the source line's currency is no longer lost or left stuck after the discount is deleted. The discount line's currency can no longer be modified.
The delete-after-approval option actually deletes the delivery note and restores the stock exactly once, including after the associated invoice is cancelled. The action is also available from the delivery note view and respects access permissions.
Returns get distinct numbers, editing a return no longer changes the approval by mistake, and a return can no longer generate a stock movement twice.
New invoices no longer pick up the lines of deleted invoices, and the supplier invoice keeps its link to the order or receipt on save.
The Supplier balances report no longer includes invoices marked as paid, and sorting by the Supplier column works without errors. The fix applies to all lists with sorting and search.
The invoice due date respects the customer's payment term even when the form opens with the customer already chosen or when duplicating the invoice.
Creations through the API for purchase and WMS documents work correctly with a JSON body and return clear per-field errors. Partial updates of leads and opportunities no longer erase fields that were not sent.
If the reCAPTCHA keys are wrong, verification is disabled automatically and a clear warning appears in Settings, so that users can sign in and fix the configuration.
Images can be attached correctly in the item window, the default VAT rate is prefilled on new products, the unit list respects "preferred units only", and copying a quote no longer ticks options on its own. The display toggles have been moved for a more compact form, and line remarks follow the same setting in the PDF and on the customer page.
The invoice subtotal no longer mixes different currencies, the BNR rate error no longer appears twice when changing the currency, and the Save button no longer stays blocked. The currency edit modal fills in correctly, manually entered negative quantities are kept, and the invoice header has a cleaner alignment.
The supplier quote is no longer lost when editing the purchase order, and traceability stays intact. A search button allows linking any sales order, by number or customer.
Saving the Routing grid keeps the link to already generated tasks, and adding a new customer generates a task only for them. Links that were already broken are repaired automatically.
The quick invoice import no longer stops after the first run, and products are imported completely in a single run. Blocked sync steps now show the reason.
New quotes and invoices are saved correctly when the minimum price or the discount has more than two decimals.
Profitability reports for quotes and invoices convert prices correctly into the document currency, and products without a purchase price no longer inflate profit in PDF reports.
