2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

3. Permitted use

• You may read, download and use the content for internal professional purposes, citing the source.
• Mass automated extraction of content for resale or for building a competing database is not allowed.
• The site may not be used for illegal activities, unauthorised security testing or distribution of harmful content.
• Forms must be filled in with accurate data; third-party contact details may only be submitted where you have a legal basis.

4. Accounts and protected areas

Certain sections (agent area, admin panel, internal resources) are available only to authorised users. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed from your account. We may suspend accounts used abusively.

5. Informational content, calculators and estimates

Tax guides, the glossary, ROI calculators and comparison materials are informational. Generated estimates (savings, ROI, time recovered) are scenarios based on your inputs and average market assumptions - they are not a guarantee of results, nor tax, accounting or legal advice. For compliance decisions consult a specialist or official ANAF sources.

6. Intellectual property

The CRMconnect brand, the EDIconnect, SupplySync and Arvis AI modules, the texts, code, design and graphics belong to AZUVIO SRL or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. Third-party logos belong to their owners and are shown solely to identify integrations.

7. Availability and service levels

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the public website. Service levels (SLA) for the CRMconnect platform are those expressly set out in the commercial agreement and SLA annex; any availability figure shown in marketing materials refers to that contractual commitment on plans that include an SLA.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, data or opportunity resulting from use of the site or informational materials. Liability for contracted services is limited as set out in the applicable agreement.

9. External links

The site may link to third-party websites (ANAF, ERP partners, legislative sources). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of Bucharest.

Consumers may contact ANPC (anpc.ro) and the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. CRMconnect services are, however, addressed to businesses (B2B).

We may update these terms; the applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of use.
