1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a site. We also use equivalent technologies (localStorage) to keep sessions and preferences.

2. Categories we use

• Strictly necessary - keep the site working (consent, session, security). They cannot be disabled and do not require consent.
• Analytics - Google Analytics 4, for aggregated traffic statistics. Loaded only after you accept.
• Marketing - the Google Ads conversion tag and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) load only after you accept the Marketing category; until then nothing is sent to Google or Meta. The LinkedIn Insight Tag is disabled.

• GA4 property: G-TJ47K6N54Y, provider Google Ireland Ltd.
• Runs with Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept, analytics and advertising signals are set to "denied" and the script loads only after consent.
• IP anonymisation is enabled; we never send names, e-mails or other direct identifiers to GA4.
• We do not use GA4 for personalised advertising and Google Signals is not enabled.
• User-level data retention: 14 months.

5. Managing your preferences

• Use the "Cookie preferences" button in the page corner to change your choice at any time.
• The button below resets your consent and reopens the banner.
• You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
• Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break authenticated areas.

6. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in delivering the requested service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and marketing cookies rely exclusively on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Romanian Law 506/2004). Consent can be withdrawn at any time, with effect for the future.
