Documents are generated or received in international standard formats (EDIFACT, UBL, XML, JSON) and automatically mapped to the CRM data structure. - Each customer runs on single-tenant pods in AWS or Azure with auto-scaling. Access is controlled per role and department, and every action stays in the audit log.
