CRM Cost: pricing, implementation, migration and return on investment

The total cost of a CRM consists of three components: monthly per-user licenses, implementation (workflow configuration, data import, integrations) and the internal cost of adoption. A realistic budget should be estimated over three years, not just the first month.

The listed price per user is the visible part and usually the smallest. The difference between a cheap project and an expensive one is determined by the number of configured workflows, the quality of migrated data and the number of native modules required to match your existing systems.
