Merlin ERP and CRMconnect complement each other and already work together. Merlin ERP (Prodigy Software) is a full ERP, with accounting, production, payroll, stock management, WMS and CRM. CRMconnect connects to Merlin ERP through its API, in an integration that runs in production, and adds a B2B portal, EDI as a provider, mobile SFA and couriers.
How open the ERP is to integrations
The CRMconnect side is the same everywhere: connector, open API, implementation in days or weeks. The difference comes from how the ERP opens up its data.
