The short answer
Many customers move their EDI to us to have fewer vendors and hand over the EDI responsibility too. Azuvio is an EDI provider, and EDIconnect is the platform's native EDI module: the same vendor is responsible for EDI, orders, stock, portal and couriers, with one contract, one support team and a single point of contact when a chain changes something. The move usually takes 1-3 days, depending on the current EDI provider. If you prefer to keep your current EDI provider, CRMconnect takes EDI orders and documents from it (ORDERS, DESADV, RECADV, INVOIC and others) and carries them straight into operations; the invoicing module or the ERP receives the data.

3. Planned switch-over
Each chain moves on the agreed date, with the current flow active until the switch, so orders are not interrupted.
4. What you stop managing
The technical EDI relationship, message monitoring and format updates move to us.
5. What stays the same
Your GLN codes, the retail chains you work with and your ERP.
