The short answer
Online invoicing software does one thing well: it issues invoices quickly and sends them to e-Factura, usually on a simple subscription. For a company with stock and deliveries, though, the invoice is the last step: before it come the quote, the order with reserved stock, warehouse preparation and the AWB, and after it comes the payment. CRMconnect generates the invoice from the delivered order, with e-Factura and e-Transport, and links it to the payment. If you already have invoicing software, CRMconnect can connect to it.
CRMconnect is an open platform. You choose who builds the integrations:
Every option uses the same public API, webhooks and MCP connector, with open documentation. No vendor lock-in.

API documentationBriefly and fairly: for many companies, it is exactly the right tool.
What the full flow looks like in a distribution company, from quote to cash.
1. Quote
With the customer's prices and available stock.
2. Order
From a rep, the B2B portal, EDI or the online store; stock is reserved.
3. Warehouse
Order preparation, with scanning, and the quantities actually delivered.
4. AWB
Generated from the order, with the chosen courier company.
5. Invoice
From the delivered quantities; e-Factura in SPV and e-Transport with a UIT code.
6. Payment
The bank statement is matched to the invoice automatically.
Invoicing software usually covers step 5 and, sometimes, part of steps 3 and 6.
