Short answer
Soft1 and CRMconnect complement each other. Soft1 (SoftOne) is a cloud ERP, with finance, inventory, production and payroll. CRMconnect is the operations platform that runs with or without an ERP. Integrations with Soft1 are developed per project; CRMconnect has built its own API connector that links directly to Soft1.
How open the ERP is to integrations
The CRMconnect side is the same everywhere: connector, open API, implementation in days or weeks. The difference comes from how the ERP opens up its data.
Licensed: paid API module from the vendor
Integrations with Soft1 are developed per project; CRMconnect has its own API connector that links directly to Soft1.
Criteria: whether the API is public and documented, whether it is included or licensed separately, whether access is developed on request. The level does not describe the vendor's exact prices.
CRMconnect is an open platform. You choose who builds the integrations:
Every option uses the same public API, webhooks and MCP connector, with open documentation. No vendor lock-in.

What matters to you
Together
Soft1 stays the company's system of record. CRMconnect becomes the place where teams sell, receive orders and work with partners. You can start with one module and expand as you grow.

The sales team works in CRMconnect: pipeline, quotes, orders, portal and EDI. Confirmed orders reach Soft1, with no re-keying.

Soft1 keeps accounting, production, payroll and SAF-T. CRMconnect sends matched orders, deliveries, invoices and payments to the ERP. Finance keeps working in the ERP, with data that already comes linked to the order.

Soft1 stays the accounting database. CRMconnect connects through CRMconnect's own API connector, which links directly to Soft1 and does not modify the ERP database. Which data moves, and in which direction, is defined in the project.

See the Soft1 integrationCRMconnect has a public REST API, webhooks and an MCP connector. You or your integrator build freely on the platform and connect it to any system.
Not every company needs EDI. Many customers start with the CRM, then add orders, purchasing, warehouse, projects or invoicing. You choose where to start.
A pilot on a single flow usually takes 2-4 weeks.
General traits of the model, not about any specific vendor.
Soft1 has CRM & Service, mobile WMS, a courier module and a B2B portal through Shopranos. CRMconnect stands apart with a public API and MCP connector, module-by-module activation, being an EDI provider through EDIconnect, a supplier portal and independence from the ERP.
You can change the ERP without stopping operations.
1. Operations do not stop
CRMconnect keeps running sales, orders, warehouse, purchasing and portals, without a pause.
2. Links move to the new ERP
Connectors are reconfigured: the old endpoints become the new ones. Processes, users and operational history stay in CRMconnect. Data mapping is done in the project.
3. Clean data for the new ERP
CRMconnect becomes a source of clean data for the new ERP: customers, products and PIM, prices, suppliers, commercial documents and operational history, via API or export. Accounting history stays in the old ERP.

A common path, module by module. Order and pace are agreed with you.
Day 1
Users and the first module, for example the CRM and the sales pipeline.
Weeks 1-2
A second module, as needed: orders, portal or purchasing.
Weeks 4-6
Full integration with the ERP.
Each module works with ERP data and sends documents back to the ERP.
